Cancellations received at least 30 days before the day booked will get back a full refund less a $50+gst administration fee. Also you have the option to change the service or reschedule up to 1 year from the day of cancellation. Cancellations received inside 30 days, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Exchange policy: We can re-schedule the perfect day for you again. The exchange fee is $15+gst.

In case of Injury or illness before the session date, even inside of the 30 days before the date, we can reschedule your class for a future date.

In case a program scheduled doesn’t have the minimum number of participants, SMBA will contact you in order to reschedule.
