After school Coaching program

4:00-6:00pm each week
Keep the progression flowing as we roll into fall with our Fall MTB Club.
With cooler temperatures and all time conditions fall is one of the best times to ride and make improvements, when you’re feeling the most comfortable on your bike after a summer of shredding.
During these 4 weeks we work through the 6-skills of mountain biking, using a mixture of fun, skill development drills and trail riding to develop technical proficiency. Whilst also working hard to teach our philosophy of team work, growth mindset, resilience and humility.
This multi-week program gives them a great opportunity to learn as we can leave them each week with something to practice in between sessions. Working with them over 4 weeks helps to maximise the progression.
Ultimately we aim to help them build on their biking skills whilst also gaining tools to succeed in life!
Coaching sessions are 1 evening per week from 4:00-6:00pm.

We’re running Ninjas and Warriors classes on the same nights which gives us the ability to move riders between groups if necessary, as a well matched group allows for the best learning environment for all.

- Modern correctly sized mountain bike in good mechanical condition with quality brakes, gears and tires.
- Helmet, gloves, knee pads (well fitted)
- Spare tube

- Suitable riding footwear, flat shoes recommended or MTB specific footwear if possible
- PMBIA certified coaches
